Saratoga Resources, Inc. thanked to all those who participated in its successful Energy Executive Roundtable, held at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans on February 2, 2011.

The roundtable addressed energy policy initiatives to promote growth in South Louisiana, the Transition Zone, and the shallow Gulf of Mexico in the current regulatory environment and included twenty-five executive representatives from six oil and gas companies that are active producers in South Louisiana. Also participating were representatives of the banking, insurance and legal communities, officials from the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, Greater New Orleans Inc., Plaquemines Parish and Tulane University. The Energy Roundtable brought a successful exchange of ideas. A report will be published in the near future.

The roundtable session was followed by a reception for Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal. The event was attended by over 120 oil and gas industry executives, representing exploration and production as well as service providers.

Both events were organized and hosted by Saratoga Resources. The reception was co-hosted by Century Exploration, Energy XXI, Grand Isle Shipyards, Helis Oil and Gas Company and W&T Offshore.
