The ‘York’, together with 25 crewmembers from the ‘Rak Afrikana’, has arrived safely in Mombasa after being released from pirate control on March 9. The crew of the ‘Rak Afrikana’, which was herself released by pirates on March 8, were transferred to the ‘York’ after being rescued by the Italian warship ITS ‘Zeffiro’ when the master sent out a distress call.
