OceanWorks International welcomes Robert Keith to their team in the position of General Manager.

Acting as General Manager, Robert’s primary function will be to promote the company’s deepwater engineering, fabrication, and operational capabilities.

Robert has worked in the offshore underwater services industry for over thirty years, and has actively participated in manned, atmospheric, and remotely controlled diving operations in more than twenty different countries. His expertise lies primarily in the use and management of ROVs, and he has held positions with several companies ranging from ROV offshore technician and supervision, through project and operations management, to regional responsibility and senior executive management.

He has had articles published in Offshore Engineer, SubNotes, and Underwater magazines, and presented papers at Underwater Intervention and the USN’s Submarine Technology Symposium.

Robert serves as Chairman on the Marine Technology Society’s (MTS) Houston Section, and is active in the International Marine Contractors Association’s (IMCA) Deepwater Americas division. He is also an advisor for the

MATE (Marine Advanced Technology and Education) Center, and is a judge at MATE’s annual International ROV competition.
