Since October 2009 Shanghai Metalock DM Mr. Xue Yi visiting Nakashima Propeller head office and signing agreement in Okayama Japan, the two company keep frequent cooperation and communication with each other. Shanghai Metalock has founded Nakashima Propeller service center in China and use this advantage to establish an excellent reputation in Japanese ship owners.
From the beginning of May day, through Nakashima Propeller’s business metwork, Shanghai Metalock arranged special truck and sent propeller repair equipment to Huadong Shipyard in Shandong province for the propeller repair of sea damage vessel U-SEA TRADITION which belong to Japanese owner MISUGA KAIUN. As the only dock repair project, Shanghai Metalock’s prompt, high quality and flexible propeller site service management received highly accolades by owner.
Thereafter, Shanghai Metalock through the designation of Nakashima Propeller, finished large propeller modification job of a 15,000 dwt bulker carrier M/V KOHO for Japanese owner TOYO SANGYO Co., in HRDD shipyard. Metalock site technicians overcome the difficult problem of modifying propeller without propeller dismantling and putting on flat ground which request by shipowner. By excellent technique and efficient repair process Shanghai Metalock got high praise shipowner and agent.
