UK: BG Announces Changes to Chairmanship of Board Committees

BG Group announced changes to the Chairmanship of its Remuneration and Sustainability Committees with effect from 5 September 2011. Remuneration Committee Dr John Hood will succeed Baroness Hogg as Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee. Dr Hood was appointed a Non-Executive Director of BG

BG Group announced changes to the Chairmanship of its Remuneration and Sustainability Committees with effect from 5 September 2011.

Remuneration Committee Dr John Hood will succeed Baroness Hogg as Chairman of the Company’s Remuneration Committee.

Dr Hood was appointed a Non-Executive Director of BG Group on 26 April 2007 and joined the Remuneration Committee on 1 November 2010.

Sustainability Committee Sir David Manning will succeed Dr Hood as Chairman of the Company’s Sustainability Committee.

Sir David Manning was appointed a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 1 July 2008 and joined the Sustainability Committee on 1 November 2008.
