Today at Gazprom’s headquarters, Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller met with Eni CEO Paolo Scaroni.

The main topic of discussion was the completion of the pipeline project South Stream. The parties have agreed that the project continues according to the schedule.

In addition, the participants discussed issues relating to the entrance of EDF and Wintershall Holding as shareholders of the joint venture for the construction of the offshore section of South Stream project.

During the talks, the parties discussed the signing modalities of the purchase of Severenerghia’s gas.
