France: GDF SUEZ Plans EUR 500 Million Share Repurchase

Pursuant to the 5 th resolution of the May 2, 2011 Combined Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting, GDF SUEZ announced the launch of a share buyback program.

This program will involve a maximum of €500 million and will be used to cover the Group’s share allocation commitments within GDF SUEZ employee profit sharing program.
