On 19 August 2011 Santos announced a fully franked interim dividend of fifteen cents per share would be paid on 30 September 2011 to shareholders on record as at 30 August 2011.
It also announced that the DRP would be in operation for this dividend and DRP shares would be issued at the arithmetic average of the daily weighted average market price over a period of 7 business days commencing on the second business day after the dividend record date, less a 2.5% discount.
This notification is to advise that the DRP average market price is $11.3241.
