Nemo Engineering AS was founded in 1989, and is a highly qualified and experienced partner in the subsea industry. The company has built one of the longest and most diverse track records in the subsea market.
Throughout the years Nemo has grown to a group of companies situated in Oslo, Norway; Perth, Australia; and Stockholm, Sweden, plus a workshop in Hokksund, just outside Oslo.
For the last years Nemo has been part owned by Apply, and has been the spearhead of the subsea business of Apply. This will now be strengthened by a 100% ownership from Apply, providing a better position for undertaking larger projects as demanded from the market.
Consequently, Nemo Engineering AS will be changing name to Apply Nemo AS with effect from 15th September 2011. Nemo Technology (former Haatech) will from the same date change to Apply NemoTech AS, while Nemo Offshore Pty Ltd will change to Apply Nemo Pty Ltd. and Nemo Consulting AB will change to Apply Nemo AB.
Apply Nemo will continue to deliver reliable and innovative subsea solutions, with a professional team that put their hearts into solving problems and overcoming challenges in close cooperation with its clients. Apply’s ambitious strategy will give Apply Nemo the opportunity to continue growing, both in Norway and internationally.
