Tox Free Solutions says it has won a five-year, $20-$25 million waste management contract at the Australia Pacific LNG project in Gladstone, Queensland.

The company will be responsible for waste management services during plant construction activities on Curtis Island.

The APLNG project involves a 520km gas pipeline from the Surat and Bowen Basins in central Queensland to an LNG processing facility at Curtis Island.

The first two gas production trains are expected to process up to 9 million tonnes per annum.
