Neptune Marine Services Ltd notes that effective from yesterday, that due to an increased workload in his private commitments, Mr Geoff Newman has announced his retirement from the board of Neptune. Neptune Marine Services Ltd notes that effective from yesterday, that due to an increased workload in his private commitments, Mr Geoff Newman has announced his retirement from the board of Neptune.

Neptune’s Chairman Mr Ross Kennan stated, “ We are all very grateful for Geoff’s contribution to Neptune and in particular working through the recent balance sheet restructuring, the deleveraging of the company and our back to basics strategy. We would like to wish Geoff all the very best and success with his future endeavours.”
