IDRECO delivered the Knappheide dredger for the Teunesen Group. This dredger contains the latest trends.

The ladder is equipped with an IDRECO 350 pump driven by a 500 kW frequency controlled electric engine. The ship can operate on a depth of 27 meter with a production of 600 tons per hour.

The cabin contains the latest technology’s including the newest version of the dredger control system. This system makes it possible to control the ship completely on remote and shows exactly on which position and depth the dredger is operating.

The two touch screens provide the machinist a complete overview of all the systems. This makes the dredging a lot easier with a higher efficiency. The comfort of the wheelhouse is increased because four balloons provide damping.
