Colby Rhodes has joined Hydratight in Texas as the company’s Western Region HSEQ leader.
He will be responsible for health, safety and quality matters throughout the Americas and for coordination of his role with that of Hydratight colleagues internationally.
Colby joins the company from Kinder Morgan, where he was the company’s regional health and safety manager for liquid terminal operations in Pasadena and Galena Park, Texas, covering the work of 350 employees and 200 contractors in the third-largest liquids terminal in the US.
Prior to joining Kinder Morgan, Colby was regional safety leader in the building products/structural panels sector at Koch-Georgia Pacific Gypsum.
Colby is a certified construction health and safety technologist and will bring his extensive experience of working in the oil and gas storage field to his work for Hydratight.
