BlueView Technologies the world leader in compact acoustic imaging and measurement technology has added Chris Jones as Director of Research and Development. Jones will take charge of our Research and Development efforts to improve current data processing and explore new applications for BlueView’s underwater sonar.

Chris Jones comes to BlueView from the University of Washington Applied Physics Laboratory with over 20 years experience in ocean acoustic research.

“For me, it’s all about finding new ways to explore the ocean,” said Jones . “BlueView has a unique technology, it is exciting to think of how we can build on the company’s current effectiveness, as well as discover new applications for the technology.”

“I knew and worked with Chris prior to starting BlueView, and am excited to see him join the team,” says Jason Seawall, BlueView’s Chief Operating Officer. “He’s going help BlueView focus its development efforts, and open up new areas of value for our technology.”
