Recently, the launching of the first two 79,600 bulk carriers J0033 and J0034 built by Jinhai’s Zhongji Shipyard was held in Dock 6. With its shortest production cycle and most efficient construction, the production quality and construction efficiency have gained recognition from ship owners and classification societies.

During the period of construction in docks, each department cooperates and works in close collaboration adhering to elaborate production management philosophy by introducing technique under PSPC system. Through reasonably allocating materials supply, technical power, facilities and equipment, reasonable organization for block erection, company ensures the high quality of production working well according to the whole plan.

The two vessel’s final assembly, completeness of integral coating and performance of the hull construction before launching gained the best performance for mooring test in two days after launching, striving to meet a shorter period of outfitting within 70 days. These two vessels are planned to be delivered on Jan. 10, 2012.
