International oilfield services company Expro has recently been awarded a significant contract by engineering project management company SPD on behalf of its client Valiant Causeway Limited.

The contract involves the supply of subsea landing string services for monitoring of electronic submersible pump completions (ESP) in the Causeway oilfield.

The contract win is significant as it provides the opportunity to enhance the existing relationship with SPD and its clients in the North Sea and showcase Expro’s market leading technologies and specialised services.

UK business development manager Tim Horsfall said: “The UK subsea test tree (ESP) market has been sporadic of late, so it is very significant that Expro has been chosen to deliver this service to Valiant.”

Expro’s market-leading subsea safety systems provide reliable and efficient in-riser landing strings for well interventions and completions. Expro is already well established in the deepwater regions of the world, including Africa, Gulf of Mexico and Brazil, with its superior technology and expertise in greater demand as development progresses in the world’s deepwater provinces.

Expro is an established leader in the field of well flow technologies, and throughout its service offers the expertise and experience borne of many years as an industry leader. Expro’s engineering expertise and flexibility to meet the specific needs of its customers allows it to offer integrated solutions to well flow challenges, at every stage of the well lifecycle.
