Neptune Marine Services Limited, provider of engineered solutions to the oil and gas and marine industries announced that Jeff Dowling has been appointed to the compan’s Board of Directors as a Non- Executive Director, effective immediately.

Neptune said on its website that Mr Dowling was formerly managing partner at Ernst & Young’s Perth office, where he also held a number of senior leadership roles with a particular focus on the mining and oil & gas sectors.

Neptune Chairman Ross Kennan said he was delighted with Mr Dowling’s appointment and extended his warm welcome on behalf of the Board.

“The appointment of Jeff adds further strength to the Board and is part of our ongoing Board renewal initiative,” Mr Kennan said. “He has more than 35 years of experience in the professional services industry and the Board looks forward to working with Jeff and drawing on his wealth of knowledge as we continue to grow our profitable businesses.”
