Statoil has exercised options in the current framework agreement with AGR Field Operations for surface management services. The extension has an estimated total value of NOK 60 million over a period of 12 months. This contract has an estimated value of 180 million including remaining options.
AGR Field Operations will provide Surface Management services including AGR’s proprietary SOLV™ concept to all Statoil on – offshore installations in Norway and on the Norwegian Continental shelf, a total of 44 installations.

We see the extension as a confirmation from Statoil that our products and services are valuable in the effective management of their assets.”
AGR Field Operations has witnessed an increased focus from clients in relation to the value adding maintenance management service they provide. As a result of this the SOLV concept has experienced a strong growth during 2011 with a number of new clients in the North Sea, Gulf of Mexico and Brazil. The maintenance management team consists of more than 140 highly skilled and highly qualified employees within the Maintenance Management group in Europe, Asia, Australia and USA. AGR Field Operations is amongst the leading providers of integrity engineering services and innovative solutions to the Oil & Gas industry.
