On December 23, 2011 Saint Petersburg hosted a working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Yury Boiko, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister.
Alexey Miller and Yury Boiko summarized the process of negotiations in the gas sector. The parties highlighted the positive and constructive nature of talks conducted in 2011 and the good prospects for the next round of negotiations that would be held on January 15, 2012.
