Petronet LNG is in the last phases of talks with Qatar’s RasGas on signing long term LNG supply contract, Dr. A. K. Balyan, CEO and Managing Director of Petronet LNG said yesterday.
“ In a month or two months we can close this deal. The idea is to get whatever better pricing for the country. So, we are pretty close to finalizing our deal with RasGas ,” he said in a interview to CNBC-TV18.
He also said that the LNG deal with Russian Gazprom will take some more time to conclude.
