China: Yuexin Shipbuilding Starts with New AHTS Construction

Yuexin Shipbuilding has made an initial step for new AHTS Vessel construction recently with a keel-laying ceremony held in Yuexin shipyard, China.

Appyling the design of KHIAM CHUAN MARINE Company, YX3156 measures 58.7m in length with a moulded breadth of 14.6m and a moulded depth of 5.5m.

Maximum draught is 4.5m. It can carry 42 men, 475m3 fuel oil, 460m3 ballast water, 230m3 fresh water, 255m3 cement and 187m3 dry bulk With 370m2 area of deck, the designed bollard pull reaches 65T and the designed speed reaches 13.5 knots.
