Gazprom has newly appointed the following top managers:
Vitaly Markelov as Deputy Chairman of the Management Committee in charge of the production block;
Vladimir Markov as Head of the Department for Relations with the Russian Federation Authorities;
Elena Mikhailova as Head of the Asset Management and Corporate Relations Department.
The decision was also taken to dissolve the Strategic Development Department. A Prospective Development Department and a Project Operations Department will be set up instead. Heads of these structural units will be appointed later.
Alexander Ananenkov, Viktor Ilyushin and Olga Pavlova have been relieved of their posts.
The relevant decisions on termination or granting of authorities as members of the Management Committee of Gazprom will be taken by the Company’s Board of Directors.
