The Sheraton Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California, will host the 19th HYPACK Hydrographic Training Event, and the RESON Team will be on site with their SeaBat 7125SV2 running with HYPACK software.

Sales Manager Josh Grava will be on hand at Booth 6 to talk customers through the complete range of RESON products including RESON’s latest technological offering: the new SeaBat 7101 Flow.

The SeaBat 7101 Flow Multibeam Echo Sounder was specifically developed for surveys in sheltered areas such as rivers, dams, lakes and harbours, where the effects of motion are limited.

The system consists of a standard 7101 with a motion sensor incorporated inside the sonar head enclosure which provides heave, pitch and roll data in conjunction with PDS2000 data acquisition software.

This new configuration provides an extremely simple and easy-to-install system on any vessel of opportunity and allows users to be out and collecting data extremely quickly with a fast installation & no need to calibrate.
