Wan Hai Lines and Sinotrans Container Lines announces that they will jointly launch a new North China to Taiwan service commencing on January 4th , 2012.

The New Joint service, known as NCT II, consists of 2 x 1,200 TEU vessels with one operated by WHL and one by SNL. The service will run on a 14 days basis with rotation calling at Tianjin, Qingdao, Lianyungan, Keelung, Taichung, Kaohsiung, Taipei port, Tianjin.

Together NCT I, the second string of North China to Taiwan will provide customers with more comprehensive coverage and service quaility between the Strait. The maiden voyage, Wan Hai 233, operated by WHL will commence on January 4th at Tianjin.
