Repsol YPF has launched the Share Acquisition Plan 2012, approved by the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 15th, 2011 under point 15th of the Agenda, addressed to Repsol YPF Group’s employees in Spain with indefinite duration contract that meet the requirements of its general conditions and who voluntary decide to opt for the same.
This Plan allows the beneficiaries to receive part of their remuneration corresponding to the year 2012 in Repsol YPF, S.A. shares, with an annual ceiling of €12,000.
The Plan will commence on January 1st, 2012 and end on December 31st, 2012. The delivery of shares to the beneficiaries will be made on a monthly basis.
Today will be made the first delivery of shares to the current beneficiaries, at closing share price in the Spanish Stock Market.
