DOF has signed a new contract for Skandi Waveney with Peterson Den Helder B.V. for operations in Dutch sector.

The contract duration is 1 year firm with 2 x 1 year options. The contract will commence in January 2012.

Skandi Waveney is a medium sized PSV built in 2001. Platform supply vessel (PSV) is a ship specially designed to supply offshore oil platforms. These ships range from 20 to 100 meters in length and accomplish a variety of tasks. The primary function for most of these vessels is transportation of goods and personnel to and from offshore oil platforms and other offshore structures.
