Plans for the offshore wind farm in Aberdeen Bay have been given considerable support, reports STV.
Earlier this month, upon opposing the proposed wind farm, Donald Trump put on hold the hotel and housing plans for his golf resort.
He said that he would not go ahead with the plans if the „ugly industrial park“ would have ruined his golf course.
In spite of this, the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC) has received more than 400 letters of support and only 14 letter of objection.
Councilors are going to carefully consider the offshore wind farm plans on Thursday.
