Golar LNG Partners LP said today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended December 31, 2011 of $0.43 per unit.
This represents an increase of $0.03 per unit or 7.5 percent from the previous quarter. It also represents an 11.7 percent increase from the minimum quarterly distribution set at the time of the Partnership’s initial public offering in April 2011.
The distribution increase is in line previous announcements, which indicated a recommendation to the Board to increase the quarterly distribution to $0.43 per common unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2011 following the acquisition of Golar Freeze.
This cash distribution will be paid on February 15, 2012 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 9, 2012.
