In March 2011, Prosafe received a Letter of Interim Agreement (“LOIA”) by Talisman Energy (UK) Limited for the provision of the MSV Regalia at the Auk South Redevelopment Project in the British sector of the North Sea.

Following today’s announcement, the contract with Talisman Energy (UK) Limited for the provision of Regalia in the UK North Sea in 2012 has been terminated.
