Survey shows that professionals perceive Ramboll as one of the best places to work.

Every year, Universum surveys professionals and asks them questions about their career expectations, how they perceive companies as employers and what they associate with those employers. The professionals are asked to select the employers that they would consider working for and to choose the companies that they perceive as being “Ideal”. Universum just announced their 2011 survey results for the Nordic countries; a result that shows that Ramboll is doing extremely well.

Ramboll among the top 5 employers in Denmark

4,067 professionals participated in the Danish professional survey. The respondents have a minimum of one years working experience and an average of 7 years. Their average age is 34. In the engineering category, Ramboll ended up on a fourth place only outdone by Novo Nordisk, Novozymes and DONG Energy.

Ramboll among top 10 employers in Norway

4,453 professionals participated in the Norwegian professional survey, and here Ramboll ended up in tenth place in the engineering category. Industry giants Statoil, Aker Solutions, Det Norske Veritas, Kongsberg Gruppen and Norconsult as well as Statkraft, ABB, Sintef and ConocoPhillips Norge are topping the list.

Ramboll – indisputably leading

The results of these professional surveys mirror the trend also evident in last year’s student survey ‘Nordic Top 50.’ Here Ramboll was voted most attractive employer in the engineering category amongst more than 34,000 students at top academic institutions in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.

Senior Communications Manager at Ramboll Oil & Gas, Annette E. Lüdeking, elaborates:

“The rankings highlight the most powerful employer brands in Scandinavia; companies that excel in talent attraction and retention. We are very proud to be topping the list in 2011. It illustrates beyond any doubt that our people and projects resonate positively in both the professional communities and society at large”.
