Malaysia’s Dialog Group Berhad said that it has incorporated Pengerang LNG Sdn Bhd (PgLNG) under the Companies Act, 1965.
The intended business activities of PgLNG is to undertake Liquefied Natuaral Gas (LNG) terminal storage facilities, regasification of LNG into natural gas and handling services, the company said in a statement.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Dialog Group is one of Malaysia’s leading integrated specialist technical services providers to the oil, gas and petrochemical industry.
