Clipper Takes Delivery of Its New Multi-purpose Vessel in China

Clipper has taken delivery of the newbuilding Clipper New York. The vessel is the last in a series of four 17,000 dwt, multi-purpose vessels ordered from Tongfang Shipyard, China. Clipper has taken delivery of the newbuilding Clipper New York.

The vessel is the last in a series of four 17,000 dwt, multi-purpose vessels ordered from Tongfang Shipyard, China. The delivery of the vessel is in line with Clipper Projects’ strategic goal to renew the fleet.

On her maiden voyage the vessel will load project cargo in China to be discharged West Africa. Clipper New York is commanded by Captain Oleksandr Kurakin and Chief Engineer Oleksiy Isakov.
