Woodside said it has appointed Mr Robert Cole to its Board as Executive Director.
Mr Cole joined Woodside in the role of General Counsel in April 2006. He has more than 21 years experience in corporate, energy and resources law, including three years as partner in charge of the Perth office of a national law firm, Woodside said.
Woodside also announced that Mr Michael Abbott has been appointed to the role of General Counsel, reporting to Mr Cole.
