Marine handling systems specialist, Caley Ocean Systems is presenting the oceanographic handling expertise being deployed on the new oceanographic research vessel for the Geological Survey of India (GSI), and the Woods Holes Oceanographic Institution’s (WHOI) new R/V Atlantis research vessel, to handle the refitted Alvin deep submerge vehicle, on stand S320 at Oceanology 2012.

Glasgow-based, Caley Ocean Systems has been in the vanguard of high performance, marine handling systems for the oceanographic industries for over 25 years. With clients around the world, and an international support network, Caley supplies high specification winches and all weather handling systems for ROVs, manned submersibles, AUVs, CTD rosettes, as well as a wide range scientific tools for oceanographic research.
