Aegir Wave Power, in collaboration with the Shetland Islands Council and the Shetland Charitable Trust, have produced a new information document giving an overview of the Aegir Project.

The short, ‘Aegir Project Introduction’, is intended as a guide to all interested parties and gives an overview of the project location, Pelamis technology and the project development process.

Aegir Wave Power is a joint venture between Vattenfall and Pelamis Wave Power set up with the aim of developing and deploying wave farms off the Scottish coast. This includes the deployment of the Pelamis wave power project off the southwest coast of Shetland.
