China: LNG Tanker Due at Dapeng Terminal Tomorrow

China’s Guangdong Dapeng LNG import terminal is due to receive a cargo of LNG from Russia on March 17, according to shipping data. The cargo is being hauled by the Stena Blue Sky, a 145.500 cbm tanker. The Guangdong LNG Terminal, operated by CNOOC, is located in Shenzhen at Chengtoujiao, Dapeng Bay.

China’s Guangdong Dapeng LNG import terminal is due to receive a cargo of LNG from Russia on March 17, according to shipping data.

The cargo is being hauled by the Stena Blue Sky, a 145.500 cbm tanker.

The Guangdong LNG Terminal, operated by CNOOC, is located in Shenzhen at Chengtoujiao, Dapeng Bay.

The main facilities of the terminal include: three 160,000 cbm LNG storage tanks, a berth capable of accommodating 217,000 cbm LNG carriers and nine sets of LNG vaporizers.

It has received its first cargo in May, 2006 from Australia’s North West Shelf project.
