North Sea Tankers BV announced, on March 13, that M/T Eras (5,717 dwt) will join NST’s fleet as of mid April.
The vessel’s young age, size and characteristics will further strengthen NST’s position and market share in North West Europe and the West Mediterranean, where the company will continue to serve their customers’ various requirements to the highest possible standards.
M/T Eras’s will together with 5,500-7,000 DW segment vessels M/T Kardemir, M/T Bomar Mars, M/T Bomar Mercury, M/T Bomar Venus, M/T NST Amalia, M/T Cappadocian form a strategic part of NST’s service development to the NW European market with fully approved young vessels, equipped with nitrogen generators and the highest level of operational equipment onboard.
NST is trading the youngest European chemical fleet, with 20 vessels in service, having a size range of 2,000mt to 8,500mt dw.
