Just a couple of days before the International Hydrographic Conference (IHC) takes place in Monaco. Innomar again will present products that are used for hydrographic applications.

There are new demands and hydrographic services are not only interested in nautical depths and obstacles protruding from the seabed. Nowadays it is also important to know the material the seabed consists of and to look for objects that are in the sediment but close to the surface.

So combined surveys using multibeam, sub-bottom profilers and sidescan sonars are done more and more. To ensure good data quality and consistency, equipment with combined functions like Innomar’s SES-2000 light plus SBP + Sidescan becomes useful.
