Bergen Group Offshore has, through its subsidiary Bergen Group Rosenberg AS, been awarded the contract for the Hook-up of ConocoPhillips’ new Ekofisk 2/4L platform.
The contract value for the project is about NOK 175 million, and will generate activity during 2012 and 2013. In 2009 Bergen Group Rosenberg signed a frame agreement with ConocoPhillips (Norway Capital Projects) for larger modification work in the Greater Ekofisk Area. Today’s awarded contract is part of this agreement. The activities will mainly be executed offshore in the North Sea in the summer/fall 2013 with a final delivery to client in the third quarter of 2013.
Bergen Group is an innovative supplier of products, services and solutions to the offshore and maritime industry. The Group has a total of 1,600 employees and approximately 600 of these are associated with Bergen Group Rosenberg.
