Leading specialist subsea services group Acteon has appointed Lester Clark as vice president.

Lester has more than 20 years of industry experience and joins Acteon from Baker Hughes, where he was director for drilling systems in the Russia Caspian region. This involved leading a multidisciplinary team and having responsibility for providing all drilling systems activity in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and other Caspian countries. In this role, Lester delivered significant business growth through increased market share and diversification.

Lester will report to Bernhard Bruggaier, Acteon executive vice president for operations, and will support InterMoor’s management team in their drive for continuing global expansion and business development.

Bernhard said, “The group has grown five-fold since 2006 and Acteon’s operating brands continue to define and shape the subsea services market. We have always been committed to enabling the group’s businesses achieve their maximum potential for our clients. Lester’s significant experience in the industry will support us as we continue with this aim.”
