Golar LNG Partners announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended March 31, 2012 of $0.43 per unit.
This is with the $0.43 per unit cash distribution paid for the previous quarter ending December 31, 2011.
This cash distribution will be paid on May 16, 2012 to all unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 9, 2012.
