Dart Energy Limited (DTE) announced that Mr. Peter Clarke has tendered his resignation from the Boards of DTE and DTE’s international holding subsidiary, Dart Energy International, due to personal reasons.
Commenting, DTE’s Chairman, Mr. Nick Davies , said: “ I would like to thank Peter, on behalf of both Boards, for his considerable contributions to Dart and for his wise and objective counsel during his time with us and wish him well for the future. I fully respect the personal, family-related reasons which have led him to take this decision. Our intention is to review and, where necessary, complement the compositions of both Boards for the upcoming strategic reorganization of the DTE group .”
