Neil Baxter has been the Managing Director since February 2011 having joined with the specific objective of strengthening the management capabilities and systems within IHC EB to better position the business to take advantage of the significant growth opportunities within the offshore oil & gas and wind power markets.

The senior management team has been strengthened with the introduction of highly experienced executives in Finance, Operations and Engineering.

Having developed a more solid platform for the future and with significant new business opportunity in our served markets now is the ideal time for Neil to hand over his responsibilities. I am therefore very pleased to announce that Jon Dale joins IHC EB as Managing Director. Jon has a strong track record and experience of delivering sustained and profitable growth in large and complex projects businesses serving high integrity markets. Jon is a highly experienced business leader having led companies such as Whessoe Oil & Gas and Cleveland Bridge during periods of growth.
