Greece: Navios Holdings Receives Newbuild Kamsarmax Vessel

Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (“Navios Holdings”), a large, global, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company, announced that the Navios Avior, a new building Kamsarmax vessel of 81,355 dwt, was delivered yesterday from a South Korean shipyard to Navios Holdings’ owned fleet.

The vessel is chartered-out for 2 years at a net rate of $12,716 per day. It is anticipated that the Navios Avior will generate annual EBITDA of $3.0 million and aggregate EBITDA of $6.0 million over the life of the charter contract.
