Seabrokers Eiendom AS and Oceaneering AS signed a Letter of Intent regarding the new Headquarters for Oceaneering
It will be a comprehensive building project, with a total area of 32.000 m², consisting of both office building and workshop/storage. All areas being constructed and adapted in accordance to Oceaneering’s specific needs as one of the leading subsea/ROV suppliers.
The buildings will be built on the site B13, close to ENI and GDF Suez, and will be finished in 2014. This will, with its 15 year leasing contract, be a significant contribution to Seabrokers Eiendom AS portofolio.
Seabrokers Eiendom was in sharp competition with other property developers in this region.
