Det Norske’s CFO Teitur Poulsen has decided to resign from his position. Vice President Investor Relations and Corporate Development Knut Evensen (picture) been constituted as the new CFO.
“ Teitur has done a very good job for Det norske and we regret that he has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Knut Evensen has worked closely with the CFO and will ensure continuity in this field for the company” , CEO Erik Haugane said.
Mr. Evensen came to Det norske in 2008, and has held the position as VP Investor Relations. Evensen holds an MBA in tax and accounting from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), and is also Certified Financial Analyst from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administation (NHH).
Evensen has more than 15 years of experience from the oil and gas industry.
