WorleyParsons announces that Chevron North Sea Limited has selected WorleyParsons and its INTECSEA subsidiary to execute the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) for the facilities associated with the Rosebank field, which include a Floating Production, Storage and Offloading (FPSO) and subsea infrastructure.
The work will be performed at WorleyParsons’ offices in Houston, Texas supported by WorleyParsons’ United Kingdom operations. This phase of the project follows WorleyParsons’ successful completion of the pre-FEED phase.
The Rosebank field is located approximately 130 kilometers northwest of the Shetland Islands, in water depths of approximately 1,100 meters. The Rosebank development is a joint venture between Chevron North Sea Limited; Statoil (U.K.) Limited; OMV (U.K.) Limited and DONG Exploration & Production (UK) Limited.
