Russia: NCSP Board of Directors Meeting Set for August 6

NCSP Group reports that the meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC “NCSP” will take place on August 6, 2012.

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee of PJSC “NCSP” will be elected at the meeting.

The issue on leasing contracts execution and delivery of 7 new cranes is also submitted for the approval of the Board of Directors:

• 2 pneumatic-tyre mobile cranes LIEBHERR LHM 550;

• Portal slewing electric double-jib crane “AIST” with the lifting capacity of 40 tons;

• 3 portal slewing electric double-jib cranes “Vitjaz” with the lifting capacity of 63 tons;

• Portal slewing electric double-jib crane “Vitjaz” with the lifting capacity of 100 tons.

Rado Antolovic, PJSC “NCSP” CEO states: “ Within the Master Plan “NCSP Group development strategy till 2020” a large-scale modernization of the port facilities is in progress to improve customer service. The new equipment leasing approved by the Board of Directors would allow us to improve significantly the quality of loading and unloading“.
