Following the successfully completed sealing tests, Vos Prodect is awarded with a variation order for the supply of Sealed Cable Hang-off Systems for the Offshore wind farm project, that is currently being delivered.

Decision has been given by the developer based on the performed concept tests which met their requirements. Provided leakage rate is within the”water tight” leakage rate classifications.

The sealed cable hang-offs are designed to provide a corrosion free environment inside the cable deck, that results in long term cost saving effect.

This order is a crucial step towards standardizing the sealed cable hang-off system requirements. The sealed system can be implemented to any offshore wind farm project regardless of the cable type.
