As the North American Windpower news portal reports, agencies and organizations interested in providing offshore wind research and geotechnical survey in Lake Erie, have been invited by the Cuyahoga County (Ohio) Department of Development to submit their proposals.
The department noted that there is no pre-proposal conference and that the deadline for submitting proposals is 11:00 a.m. on Aug. 22.
